My car was broken into, my neighbors car was broken into!!





GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, GO NOW, DONT LOOK BACK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR SOUL!!!!

Although I only lived there for a year, I was sad to move out, due to my job. The place is very quiet, as the landlord, David, has a strict policy against noise offenders. He's a hard man, but he's honest and trustworthy. The maintenance guys were always very helpful. On the few occasions I'd put a work order in, they were on top of it that day or by the next, and they were always polite about entering your apartment, whether you are there or not. I never had any trouble, at all. When I moved away, and came back I was very sad to hear there were no one bedrooms available, so I was forced to look elsewhere. That's how I ended up at E & H Properties, and they were absolutely HORRIBLE to live under. Made me appreciate Villa Sierra all the more. I recommend this place to everyone, especially fellow students, as it's very close to campus. It's addressed at Corley drive, but its actual entrance is off of Triviz, a short distance from University Ave.
