I would have recommended this place until they changed managers and the maintiance guy quit...did a walk through with new manager, knew some minor cleaning was needed and expected it to be taken out of the deposit. 3 weeks later I get a letter saying they are keeping our entire 350 deposit for what the call"smoke damage" to the walls. the fireplace is gas with fake rocks!!! we lived there for 19 months...knew the cleaning and carpet fees would be removed, keeping it all is robbing us!!! this is how they treat good tenants!!! they have had a lot of move outs since they changed managers and now I see why...RENT WITH CAUTION...better yet, do yourself a favor and keep looking...you'll be glad you did...

DO NOT MOVE HERE -- EVER. This is the WORST place I EVER lived. The office is NEVER there, and when they are the just LIE and CHEAT you. They STOLE my ENTIRE DEPOSIT. I had bugs everywhere, and I am a clean person. The manager refused to help. This is the first place that I have lived and did not get my deposit back!!! I am a professional, and they treated me like some college punk. CONDESCENDING D-BAGS, ALL of THEM. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE, or you will have nothing but trouble - LIKE I DID!!!!!

I loved living here. I havent lived in an apartment in a very long time. this was such a good experience. If if it wasnt necessary for me to move, i wouldnt. The staff was delightful. They always remembered my name treated me like a friend. From housekeeping to maintanence to property manager, I found exceptionally personable. They went out of their way to take care of any issue that arose...from calling a maintanence man back to work to change a beeping smoke detector in my apt to correcting a mistake in scheduling promptly and pleasantly. I thouroughly enjoyed my year here. If i was talikng to a friend who was looking for an apt, i would absolutely encourage them to lease here. I loved it...and I'll miss it and the people who work here.

The staff does little to stop dozens of nonresidents from destroying the common pool, hottub, and grills. All of these are broken by drunken kids who jump the fences or are let in by a few residents. The hottub was recently clogged with diapers (yes, diapers). Sometimes dozens of people roam the property on the weekends, and you usually find the grills broken and pieces of deck furniture in the pool afterwards. Calls to security are useless, and everone in this town who is ok with crashing your pool knows to come here. This place looks nice to be sure, but you will never get the benefit of the facility as a resident. The staff clearly intend this place to be a free facility for the town to trash when they feel like it. Do not move here if you value your money.
