Casas De Soledad Apartment Homes

Not a good place, they have a lot of improvements they need to make. I was really disappointed with casa del Soledad when they backed out on a lease ( their fault) and even though they refunded my security deposit, they still kept my application fee when they were the ones who broke a legally binding contract . This place has poor business practices and I'm glad I decided not to move in!!!

This place is pretty on the outside, but the contents are low class. The staff helps at first, but the moment your pen hits the contract, they are done playing nice. Repairs occur sometimes, but you have to remind them all the time. They will also gut you like a fish when it's time to leave them; I think they will miss your rent. Don't worry about them, though; they will find another way to make money. Be sure to have some money saved in the bank because you will need it. This is also a gated community, but that doesn't stop random people from jumping the fence and driving in. Many times the staff was told about this, but she doesn't do anything in the office. You can also hear your neighbors all too clearly. If you have pets, realize that not only do you pay a pet deposit, you also pay pet rent. They will tell you that this money can be used for any damages like carpet, scratches, etc., but they will not count this money in the end.

LYING MANAGER - this apartment is run by the worst LIAR ever.. Robin will say whatever it takes to get you to rent here and she is soo sicky nice to your face before you move in, then she stabs you in the back, wont lift a fat finger to help you after you live here, doesnt return your calls, puts all kind of charges on your account, lets loud college kids rule the place and wont do anything to keep it quiet. The office is filled with heartless, souless, lying, money grubbing skanky two faced worthless slugs. My apartment has bugs I have never seen before and the entire buildin is infested, I know because I talked to all my neigbors. They all hate it here and they hate the manager. I hear radios all night long, and the office says they cant do anything about it. My friend moved out and didnt get one penny of his deposit back, and he was a clean guy. I cant stand living here.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! MY APARTMENT WAS COVERED IN STAINS AND SMELLS LIKE CRAP, THE OFFICE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AND MY NEIGHBORS ARE THE BIGGEST $HITHEADS AROUND, ALWAYS KEEP US UP AT NIGHT AND THE OFFICE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM EITHER. TOTAL BUNCH OF LAZY, NO GOOD, SOULESS JERKOFFS. IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO UNCLOG MY KITCHEN SINK, AND THEY DIDNT FIX THE DISHWASHER FOR TWO FRIGGGIN MONTHS. WTF DO NOT RENT FROM THESE AHOLES!!!
