Live somewhere else. Yes the location is convenient and the complex is nice but underneath that veneer, you will get charged for carpet replacement virtually every time you moved out. I lived there for three years and when I had a pet they tried to charge me carpet replacement fees multiple times. My dog was potty-trained and never used the bathroom indoors. They will try to charge you excessively every time so be ready to counter their arguments with photos and consistent documentation.

DID NOT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!! I just moved out of my apartment on 6/30/13. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and even removed the dirt from behind the washer & dryer. I was sure that I would get my deposit returned to me of $300.00. When I inquired in regards to my deposit I was told that I owed an additional $33.47 due to them. In addition, they charged me for a light cleaning in the amount of $150.00 when I had already cleaned the place and a carpet cleaning. They informed me that if it had been a deep clean it would have cost me more money. What a stupid joke this place is and rip-off!!!! The staff just lies right to you everytime!!!! I would not recommend anyone living here unless you want to be robbed at the end of your lease!!!!

Do not believe any good review about this place, it was probably written by the manager. It is horrible here. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. You are better off living in a cardboard box under the interstate. My appliances have been broken since I moved in and after calling maintenance weekly, I simply gave up. My apartment has been broken in to. My car has been broken in to. There was a home invasion in the complex within the last 6 months. The office and maintenance staff are awful...whatever is wrong is YOUR fault. I've been harassed, fined and threatened. Seriously: Pick ANY OTHER apartment complex in town and you'll be better off. I wish I had never seen this place.
