Pines Apartments

Former pines resident and westminster seminary student (graduate) here. Been gone from the pines since graduating a year ago, but what everyone else said is pretty much true. Will/Bill is about as nice a manager/owner as you can get and the property is nice, inside and out. Would rent again? Yes. Would refer friends? Yes. Overall good experience? Yes.



Probably the best and most affordable place you will find if you want to be near Westminster, Palomar Hospital, downtown, etc. Rent with confidence!
