Property Management Services- Competitive pricing is the most effective of marketing tools. We prepare periodic rental surveys ensuring prices continue to stay competitive. Tenant Screening- we verify income, credit history and rental history. Screening of applicants and selection of tenants are based on industry standards and applicable laws. Tenant Placement- Once approved, we meet the new tenant for contract execution, coordination of keys, utilities, etc. And answer all questions for a smooth placement.
