Eagles Point Apartment Homes

I have lived here for 7 years. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth and if they do show up they don't really fix it. Most of the office staff is rude and unhelpful. Whenever I call they never answer the phone. The cockroaches are gross. We have only stayed here so long because it was cheap, and now they raise the rent so we are leaving.

we have lived here so far for almost a year and thats too long for us! everything seems to b going wrong just in this year alone! a/c decides to work when it wants to, and if it does it leaks forever and wets all our stuff and we've called for them to fix it many many times and it still happens. then our upstairs neighbor bathroom pipes leaks into one of our bathrooms so they had to tear down a wall in the bathroom to fix the leak and water damage not to mention all the damage it did to my bathroom mats that had to b thrown away which it took them a lil more than A WEEK TO FIX, constant back n forth/in n out of my place for a week- huge inconvenience because im pregnant and cant b dealing with those fumes. then a valve in the dishwasher breaks and spouts water in the kitchen and the day they say they r going to come, they never do! then just last night i come home to both bathroom floors flooded and my bathmats again soaked- turns out hot water pipes r leaking and it leaked onto the carpets infront of the bathroom and even into the closets where we had to take everything out of the closets, some things were soaked too, and sleep in the living room on the couches because they had to spray and air out the rooms with vents and drain out all the water. these vents sis not let us sleep very well either. soooooo over this apartment, probably the worst apartment i have ever stayed in!!!!! the staff is pretty nice but as others had said, they dont seem like they care that much, neither does maintenance. they stroll in and fix stuff on their own time. u could wait all day for them (for example i dont like ppl who i dont know to just come in MY apartment around MY valubles when im not home, so i like to be there when they fix stuff) and there have been 9 out of 10 times ive waited all day and they show up when they feel like it and the office staff cant tell u round-abouts when they might come. cant wait to move!!!!
