        Very Very Poor

        I sat in the customer waiting area and herd customers get the run around includeing myself about late fees and fees tacked on the couldn't be explained. One customer tried like myself to close the account and treated him VERY RUDE to find out he was a Disabled Veteran. Thanks Chase GOOD JOB !
