United Federal Credit Union

I've had accounts here for over 25 years since they were Kelvinator Credit Union. My Dad used them when I was a kid. They have changed so much. No longer are they the friendly neighborhood credit union where the tellers all know your name and your family and your history, almost your account #'s by heart. They do not put customer service first, they no longer care about their customers and they choose to make arbitrary rules that have no basis in logic, the current computer age, or the history with their clients. As soon as I find an alternative I will be closing out my accounts with them and going elsewhere.

Update* After sending an email to the Credit Union, I got a call back from Jen, with the credit union. She was able to take care of my matter and apologized for the error. I am still unhappy with the tellers at that branch, but the policys and management have lived up to my standards again. Because of the hassle of switching credit unions, I will stay with them for now, but use their partner credit union Kenowa Community Federal Credit Union that is only a block from me and has very nice friendly tellers.
