Willby's Restaurant

We booked at least a month in advance and was told it was $139.95 for a 2 night stay. The next morning we were informed that was a per night cost. Absolutely nowhere on the paperwork did it say per night. we were completely lied to and robbed! the desk clerk also took away our free breakfast after finding out we would be leaving and not paying for a second night. while speaking to the manager, the unprofessional clerk continously interupted both of us, called us liars on the breakfast coupons withdrawl and pretty much MADE the manager woman keep our charges the way they were. Even after the manager agreed with us and said the paperwork was misleading and she could not see a per night rate!! Afterwards, she attempted to give us our "free" breakfast coupons back. But really? Who wants a "free" breakfast from the people who robbed you? worst of all, this was our daughter's 5th birthday!! They ruined it for her! We will never stay at anothe Holiday Inn!! EVER!!
