Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center

WARNING: Do Not, REPEAT No Not send your love one to this place. It will be their worse nightmare.

This place is the worse rehab center anywhere. They physically abused and assaulted my wife while she was a patient there. They treat the patients like prisoners.

The nursing staff are a bunch of lazy and incompetent people I have ever met. Nobody there want's to do their job either. They don't want to answer the call bell or help the patients to the bathroom. And if the patients soils themselves the staff yells at them. And they also steal from the patients.

My wife was there for about a week and had to be transferred to the emergency room and she had to be admitted. 

They call themselves a 5 star facility but the truth is they're really a 2 star facility. When a patient is discharged they give them a survey to take. Bayside keeps all the decent surveys and discards the bad surveys. This makes them look like a 5 star facility. I know this for a fact because I know someone who use to work there and was handling all the surveys. What a scam.  

If there are any good reviews on here it's probably from Bayside themselves. Don't believe all the hype about it being a 5 star facility because it's not.

The staff are very rude and cruel to the patients. So please if you really care about your love one then please don't bring them to Bayside.

I visited a good friend of mine yesterday at this center and I was in amazed when I saw his improvement! A few years ago he had gotten therapy at another location and his experience was not near as successful. I had heard good things about this place and had already recommended he come to Bayside prior to his arrival a few weeks ago.



In addition to my friends improvement, something else stood out during my visits. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and sincere staff. Having been nervous about the wellbeing of my friend, and a new environment, I felt comfortable regarding the quality of his stay after talking with him and seeing first hand the care he is receiving. I highly recommend Bayside health and rehab center for both their nursing care and excellent therapy.

My husband recently went to Bayside for therapy. This center is beautiful and it's like being with family. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was always positive and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend the facility for therapy or long term care.
