Winfield Nail

This was truly the worst experience I have ever had.I went here to get my nails done for prom and made an appointment then got there a few mins before just to make sure I was on time. I then waited 15+ mins. Then when my appointment finally started he kept answering the phone to make "appointments" where he would ask when you wanted to come in and tell u to hang on while he "wrote it down" but not once did he write any of the appointments down (at least 5 people called) then while he was on the phone he would stop doing my nails to SCRATCH HIS BACK(inside his shirt) with the same nail file he was using on my nails! Then returned to filing them like it was no big deal!this also happened multiple times! Not only was it gross I had my nails done for an hour and they were already chipping! And they had their children running around the salon the whole time, i thought this was a work place not a daycare? Long story short Complete waste of money! Do not go here.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. All of the people I have met that work there are great. They are friendly and funny. I have been to so many where they don't even talk to you and talk to each other in another language making you feel like you are not even in the same room. I went a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed I went back and took my mother and daughter who live in the St. Charles area. Both of them said it is worth the drive and they would come back. While you are there they treat you like a queen. You are offered refreshments such as wine, soda, and water. You are given first class treatment. The massage chairs are the best! I have never had such a good pedicure or manicure. After leaving the salon I felt so relaxed. And the work they had done was great. There prices are good too. I have gotten the Schliak nails and they have the best price around. Other prices are about average. The name has been changed it is now called Windfield Salon. This is a little misleading it sounds like it is in Winfield which is a little farther then Troy. But it is not, it is indeed in Troy on the other side of the highway. I hope more people find out about this jewel. I hope they are around for a long long time. I believe anyone who goes there will go back . It is GREAT!!!!!
