I have been going to Nick or Jenny at nail spa for 8 years. They are very good, very professional, courteous, and in my opinion, the best place in town. The shop is always very clean, and I have never seen them treat a customer badly. I get compliments on my nails from people in stores, doctors offices, etc. I always tell them, go to Nick at nail spa in Wentzville!!

Go see Nick or jeny both really good .. Jeny she can did any design for u ,she AMAZING artist . Also the people there so nice and salon clean ,sanitized.. I'm highly recommended

Love this place. Super clean and they actually use their autoclave in plain view of customers so that you know their tools are sanitized properly. I've been going there for 3 years for manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel nails and eyebrow waxing. I'm there every 3 weeks. I never request a specific person, they all do a great job. I love the massage chairs and the cleanliness. Other Wentzville salons don't follow the state guidelines for cleaning daily and that is why I left the last salon I went to- I got a bad infection from a manicure. Nails Spa really scrubs their pedicure sinks and uses higher than state standards on their instruments. I purposely came during their opening and closing shifts to see how they clean at the beginning and end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised. You will see them regularly cleaning throughout the day too. In my opinion, if you're unhappy with your nails, you can simply ask them to chain the color or shape. They will happily do it. However, if you go to a salon that doesn't follow safety guidelines, but gets people out faster, you will eventually pay the price in medical bills. Nails Spa has always done a great job for me and if I was unhappy with a color or the shape of my nails, they redid them for free. Once the technicians get yo know your preferences you won't even have to remind them.

I have gone to nail spa for years in the past two years every time you go in there's always a problem no matter if you're getting a manicure or pedicure. They simply just do not care anymore they rush through it it's sloppy and not done correctly. I will never ever give them a chance again to prove that they could do what they used to do. I highly recommend finding a different nail salon rather than this one.

I have been to this place multiple times for pedicures, polish changes and shellac. I never have an appointment and I don't mind who I get. Every time I have been satisfied. I would definitely recommended this place.
