We are building our new home and this was the company for appliances, after we selected our appliances and paid for them, we found out that we did not pay for all the appliances that we had agreed to with the sales agent. She deleted the microwave and added a charge that was not disclosed. We expresses our concerns with the builder and they had the company contact us. Another sales person told us that it was an over sight to mention the 185.00 range hood installation charge, but that it is standard and we would have to pay it although they failed to disclose this charge. We are taking out business somewhere else, even if we have to have appliance delivered the day we close in the house. Highly recommend the big box, Lowes, Home Depot ect, they will never treat you bad.
