        Overall

        I called Sears because they sold us the product but, when we needed service they were too busy to send someone out so, I searched for a local appliance repair svc that picked up the phone directly, didn't want to talk to me about getting estimates for home contracting work, and even though he is busy he is going to come tomorrow afternoon!
