Walked in without a reservation and they were able to find us a table overlooking the pier pretty quickly. Service was great and the linguine pesto was to awesome!

I came here with a family, it was 7 of us. It was cold and breezy outside, and warm and cozy inside of this restaurant. Waiters were friendly and efficient. Food was good too. We were pleasantly surprised because pier 39 does not have a good reputation as it comes to food, it being in the touristy and crowded area . I ordered pasta linguine with additional crab and shrimp, it was divine! Crab was fresh and flavorful, so was the shrimp and the pasta sauce. My cousin had crab green salad and she really liked it. The restaurant is right on the water, the view is beautiful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

When we first arrive to the restaurant the hostess was very kind with us and he made us fell very welcome, we only wait 5 minutes and because of the COVID-19 everything is fine we feel comfortable with all the sanitizing and social distancing protocols, the food and the drinks were excellent, we order a fruta di mare spaghetti and it was very good we enjoy it very much, is very good located, the view it’s amazing, also the waiter make us feel very welcome and he give us a very good service, we have a wonderful time I recommend a lot this restaurant the seafood and pastas are excellent.

Food was amazing! The service here is really good as well. Our server Kiyoshi was absolutely amazing and pleasant. Totally recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Pier 39!

Went yesterday (a Saturday). We waited less than 5 minutes for a table despite being busy. Our waiter was great. He always made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered some nicely served margaritas. The garlic bread was bomb, as well as the calamari. I got a chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious, creamy, bursting with flavor. My sister ordered the chicken Parmigiano and although she's one to never finish her plate , she did.

The only downside was that the sun was right in our face when we first were seated, but thats not a complain for the restaurant of course. After we got our food the sun had moved. Overall had a great experience dining here. It wasn't our first time here, we had been here 2 other times but this was our best yet.

I’m italian and everytime I’ve eaten italian food in America it was a horrible experience. This time I tried to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The calamari fritti were good but the linguine with clams were almost as good as the ones I had in italy. Worth it.

We enjoyed our late lunch yesterday at Swiss Louis Restaurant on Pier 39 in San Francisco. The salad, entree and desert were very good. Our waiter, Norman was outstanding. He was pleasant, professional and went out of his way to take care of us. Norman made the experience for us.

Came here when I was at Pier 39 with a friend of mine in 2018. It was beautifully decorated with Christmas stuff and garland inside with lovely holiday music playing. Very warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Staff was friendly and we were seated by a window with a nice view of the water. I had ordered what I thought was a hot chocolate but instead got some kind of alcoholic chocolate beverage that I had to choke down. No big deal and was kind of funny.

Great service beautiful place and amazing food! Mu wife and I tried pasta and it was really delicious!!! I also drunk a Mango Daiquiri and it was P H E N O ME N A L... after prepared, the put whip cream, next time, I'll ask for don't put it because it makes it creamy and I didn't like it but, it up to you guys... definitely, 100% recommended!!!

You have to visit this place. Mature dedicated waiters serving the fabulous colored tasty drinks given local names like prison and sunset. The latter is the reason why you have to dine in this restaurant in the evening the sun sinking in the Pacific seen through the Golden Gate is as amazing as the wine and food served, a great Shiraz followed by the best Pizza in Town, and to tell you the truth, I am NOT usually for Pizza, but this one - Go for it.

Looking to get away from the throng, we ventured deeper into to pier to find this restaurant with just the view I wanted. Perhaps not the cheapest place around, but our meals were excellent as was the service. Pretty reasonable selection for their menu, catering for those wanting something special or something regular. But certainly great views out to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Loved my visit here. Terrific food and service. Got the margarita pizza and fettuccine Alfredo and they complemented each other both so well. Yummy in my tummy. Server was very polite and friendly. The chairs aren't very comfortable. Got a shrimp cocktail as well which was just ok. But a seat by the window to look over the water was pretty. Just great food on pier 39. Luckily tourists can stop here and get quality food!

Amazing food! Service was excellent and Edgar was an amazing waiter! Polite, friendly, and he treated us as people not just another table of customers. He also explained the history of the dish I ordered and the meaning of it back in the early 1900s! I would easily go back again!! Bravo Zulu!! I highly recommend and I cant wait to come back again! The Cioppino was amazing!

We visited this restaurant in September...great location, space and service. The food was ok - it’s worth a try. Oh, and great sunsets!

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The view is breathtaking, I really enjoyed the service. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the vegetarian pesto pizza. I'd give the pizza 8/10 and the margarita 10/10! I'd definitely come back!

Our food was very much "More Please" the staff could not be better very busy but took a little time to ask about us and ensure we had their usual service

We got here at about 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. We were immediately seated outside on the patio. Our waitress greeted us and was very friendly and attentive. I got the crab enchilada and my husband got the fish and chips. We also ordered the sourdough garlic bread. We enjoyed all of the food very much! It was such a great combination of delicious beverages, yummy food, prompt service, and amazing ambience. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

AMAZING SERVICE. came here for drinks and they tasted great, the food also looked amazing but we were already full from a previous meal so we didn't order any. Great views also. Definitely a place to check out !! Will definitely be coming back

Well...we usually try to avoid places located in the middle of tourist attractions like Pier 39, but we took a chance and were happily surprised. We were each in the mood for something different and Swiss Louis did not disappoint. One of us was in the mood for seafood. It was fresh and well prepared, tasty with fresh ingredients. The kid wanted pizza. So the cheese pizza hit the spot for him. The crust was a little thicker than he expected, but he usually is picky, not eating the crust any way. I had the Chicken Marsala. It was delicious. I loved the garlic. We had the chocolate mousse cake, it was ok. Best of all was the waiter who was very attentive. We were seated in patio and had a great meal. Although it's in the hustle and bustle of Pier 39, we're glad we took a chance.
