Charles Kearns Appliance Repair

Mr. Kearns did an amazing job on my washing machine. Receptionist was so sweet and patient with me. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and super friendly! 😊👍👏

So I tried this guy and he was the rudest person I have had to deal with. He gave me a window from 2 to 4. I leave my job at 1:50 and rush over. He gets to my house at 2:10. My son opens the door and tells him I was not there yet so he leaves. I call him right away and I tell him that I am right around the corner and I will be there in 2 minutes. He proceeds to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him to just forget it. I would definitely not recommend him. If I could give him zero stars I would.

Called Charles and made an appointment to look at an issue I was having with our Stack Dryer. Charles showed up on time and took apart the Dryer. This is not the first time I've called a repairman on the unit and Charles had it apart really quick, much faster than the last repairman. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and then placed parts on order. He then set an appointment to come back and perform the repair. On the repair date he again showed up on time and repaired the dryer (He also replaced missing screws that the last repairman never bothered to put back) This guy is fast and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.
