Words can not express how disappointed i am with my experience with Future Ford. A few weeks ago i left a really good review on here only to find out that they are just scam artists. On Sep 19th 2016 i went into this location to have my vehicle serviced. When i came back to pick it up they talked to me about getting a new car. They said they would buy back my car and get me into a brand new one. So i went through all the motions and before i knew it i was driving off the lot with a new 2016 Ford Focus. I signed all the paperwork and they told me i was approved. I even agreed to the monthly payments, the whole nine yards. So for two weeks i drove the car around showing it off to freinds and family as if this was my new car. Then i get a call from them saying they couldnt get me approved and that i had to bring the car back or pay $15,000 for a down payment. WOW! So here is what i found out. They pre-approved me that night while the banks were closed just to get a sale out for the day. My understanding is that i had every legal right to keep the car but they just wanted to keep threatening to put a lien on it and repo it to get it back. Future Ford has publicly humiliated me and im not going to stand for it. I ask this of the sales agent Ahmad. You say you only got $200 commission for the sale. Was the $200 worth dinging my credit and publicly humiliating me? You wanted to act like i was making a great decision and doing my family right by getting a safe new car and it will help fix my credit. All while you knew i wasnt going to be able to keep it. You seem like an intelligent person Ahmad. From one of these reviews ive read i learned that you know 8 different languages. So please tell me why with such a skill you choose to sit at that place all day and lie to people for $200 every now and then or get minimum wage? To Slavick, is this something you do to everyone in every aspect of your life? Do you lie to everyone? Do you enjoy doing this to people? You should both be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed to even work in a customer service environment. I am reporting both of you to the DMV to have your auto sales licenses investigated. And as for Future Ford i am reporting you for dealer fraud. You can say the law protects you from what you did with the car and thats fine but what the law doesnt protect you from is misrepresentation of goods, product, fees, and contracts! Not to mention it doesnt protect you from the embarrassment and stress i have under gone from this entire ordeal.

Came into Future Ford of Sacramento the other week looking to buy and was helped out by Kevin Ross and it is safe to say I left very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. First off I want to start off by saying that I had been to several dealers in search of someone who would finance me and my unique co signer and credit situation. When I had gotten in contact with Daniel Telllez from Future Ford of Sacramento from the beginning he had the most confidence that he was able to get me financed and in a reliable vehicle in no time. At first I skeptical but once he was willing to get in contact with my dad and explain the entire situation from beginning to end I was then as confident as he was. When I got there he was on the phone with my dad reassuring him that I was in good hands. From that moment I knew even if wasn't able to get a deal that would work I would still come back. I explained the situation and my past experience with the other dealers and he made it a point to make sure I wasn't treated that way. He went very thoroughly through all of the vehicles I was interested in and showed me what I needed to do to stay within my price range. After a very long process with the banks we were finally approved through Ford Credit with little down and for a brand new 2014 Ford Focus .After going through the entire process I was at the dealership very late and didn't feel comfortable driving home and as the truly amazing soul that he is , he was kind enough to drive my new car all the way to my home to make sure I made it home safely. I absolutely love my car and the experience I had with Daniel. He treated me like I was family and was very honest the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Daniel if you are reading this just know you have changed my life and you really are an amazing person I hope for nothing but the very best for you. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

I just upgraded from a 2005 Dodge Stratus to a 2014 FORD FUSION!!! You heard me?? I got the SWEETEST deal EVER and the salesman Maxmillion Meeks went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!! That young man came to MY JOB, let me test drive it, showed me all the features my NEW car has!! BUT the best part about the whole deal, my payments are LOWER than what I was paying for the 2005 stratus!!!!! I could not believe the no hassle, carefree experience I had! That Max Meeks deserves Salesman of the Year Award because he gave me everything I asked for AND MORE!!! I told them what I had to put down, and what I wanted to pay monthly, GUESS WHAT??? Max made it happen!!!My car is beautiful, comfortable, and has that NEW CAR SMELL!!! I have NEVER owned a NEW CAR...EVER!!!!! It even talks to me when people are calling!!!! GO FIGURE!!!!!
