When I was rear-ended on a highway overpass, it appeared at first that my Cutlass got off scot-free. No dents, no cracks, no broken glass. But the next day when the trunk wouldn't latch shut, I knew it was trouble. The same thing happened to my cousin's car just a year earlier and it had to be totaled. I took her to Thompson's S & S Collision Repair with the grim realization that I might never be able to drive her again. She was an old car that had seen sunnier days, to be sure, and for a while it looked like this might be the deathblow that sent her to the junkyard. But to my surprise—and great relief—Jerry and his crew of upbeat professionals restored my car to the same, if not better, condition than she was in before the collision. And the endearing attention they show me throughout the whole process is nothing short of first-class service. The care and concern they put into this repair was far beyond what I expected, but it certainly doesn't go unappreciated. Thank you, Thompson's, for providing that golden touch that returned the Cutlass to her former glory!

I had such great customer service here that I will never go to any other collision repair please ever again. Everyone there was very accommodating and super nice. They even offered to give me a ride wherever I needed to go and pick me up. My car looks fantastic, they even cleaned it inside and out. They weren't expensive at all. Because I dont get off work until late, their technician stayed an extra hour just for me!! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair done for their car.

This family owned business has great customer service and a very friendly staff!! I was able to get my window repaired without even having to stop by the shop- a moble sublet vendor came out to my house an I paid my deductible over the phone!! very easy!!!
