The guys in the sales department are great. Never go there to have your car repaired. There is a clown that works behind the counter his name is Matt and he is completely incompetent and will rip you off. It's sad because everyone else there is great.

Triangle Imports has a great selection of vehicles at affordable prices. They gave me a great offer for my trade-in vehicle. In addition, they were very helpful and flexible when it came to getting my vehicle financed. All staff members were very helpful!

My experience at Triangle Imports was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, polite, and professional. The sales person, responded promptly to all of my email inquiries. He met me immediately with a handshake upon my arrival at the dealership, and spent significant time with me discussing my vehicle of interest, as well as providing useful background on other fine vehicles that caught my eye at this dealership. Triangle Imports has some of the cleanest and sportiest automobiles in the area. They did not pressure me, they treated me as though I was their most important customer that day, and were ready to negotiate when I was. Because Triangle Imports is "Certified" with a free warranty, I have confidence that the car I purchased from them was thoroughly inspected without the fear of unforeseen expensive mechanical repairs. Their "Certified" status and free warranty are both consumer advantages that most of their competitors cannot match.

I've been coming to Triangle Imports for service on my cars for years now, initially because they were recommended by a good friend but I've continued because they have always impressed me with their quality of work and their friendliness. They show me exactly what they are doing and explain why it needs to be done, and always provide estimates prior to doing the work. Most of the time they come in just under that estimate. I've done comparisons and they almost always come in under the cost it'd be if I got the work done by someone else (both dealers and other BMW service garages).



They have wifi on site so I'm able to bring my car in the morning and do some work in their waiting area which is very handy, and they've provided me with a loaner car on one occasion when my car had to stay overnight with them. They also washed my car the last time I was in even though the work they did only took a couple of hours, which is a small thing but to me shows that they care

After getting a very high quote from the Mini dealership, I came to Triangle Imports for a second opinion. Not only were they able to fix all the issues with my car for a fraction of the cost, some problems were as simple as a code reset. Mini wanted to charge for a complete rewire of the air bag sensor. Turns out TI fixed the issue at no charge with the reset. I will always go to Triangle Imports first.

Easy to find place on Capital Blvd. They have a very nice showroom floor with some cool cars to look at and possibly buy (Acura NSX, 911 Turbo, BMW's and other cool machines). I just picked up my 2005 Toyota Highlander V6 Limited, got a great deal. Jeff is awesome and was great to deal with, no pressure and no bs. Got a nice clean, reliable car for a good price, and even got a discount on the extended warranty. They also have a service department, so you may elect to have your car serviced as well. I recommend this place.

I have been a customer of Triangle Imports for several years. And during that time span have purchased 3 cars (2 Volvos, which I drove well over 200K miles & a M35 Infiniti). All in excellent condition! The service has been far beyond professional. Travis, Mike & Jeff are friendly, experts in the automobile business, and great to work with! I live in Winston-Salem, NC and I went to several dealerships in the Raleigh and was very dissatisfied with the cars and the service. Although I didn't buy a car from Triangle Imports, the salesman was very helpful and the cars appeared to be in better condition than the ones at other used car lots in Raleigh. I would have felt very comfortable purchasing a car from Triangle Imports.

We'd gone in before and checked out some of the cars. I was able to do most of the negotiation over the phone prior to accualy going back for the test drive and paperwork. When we did go in and buy our new car we were there less than hors.

They were easy to deal with and make you feel welcome, also right up front with you. Vehicle had some issues with the expansion tank once we got home and they sent us a new one with no hesitation.
