Imports City of Raleigh

My husband JUST purchased a Honda Pilot from Imports City of Raleigh. By JUST I mean it has been less than 12 hours. We lost one of our vans during Hurricane Florence and he needed to replace it quickly. He didnt even make it home before the transmission died. I am devastated. My husband is stuck on the side of the road right now. I can't help because he drove my van to make the deal. This company doesn't have voicemail set up so, I decided to write this review. I think the worst part about all of this is that my husband was in uniform today! Who rips off a soldier with five kids!?! Hopefully they make this right in the morning and I can change the star rating and update this. . .

Awesome awesome! These guys gave me a great deal on a 2007 Tahoe they worked with me. Ricky & Ray are the guys to ask for. I was very pleased when I left. I would definitely recommend these guys

I bought a vehicle from this dealer (04 4runner) and not even 500 miles the check engine light came on with multiple misfire codes. They offered no help and said is sold as is. Beware and don't buy

Buyers beware. Do not buy vehicles from them they leak oil and have transmission problems. And they don't inspect there inventory they just put them on the lot. All there cars come from auctions and aren't ever inspected. Sold me a Pontiac G6 and i haven't even had it 3 months and the transmission broke and they don't care. So i have a $6,500 paper weight.

The sales people, Shannon and Ray, were extremely helpful throughout the process. Even though the vehicle I was planning on looking at was sold, they were able to locate another vehicle with even more options and at a better price then the original. After performing a pre-purchase inspection, the owner worked with me on making some of the fixes prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Imports City of Raleigh.

Do not waste Your time nor money on them, there cars are not serviced ... I purchased a vehicle 2 days later my car window or doors did not work ... And they refuse to fix the problem
