Terrible customer service! I had my car washed and they ripped off a permamently affixed decal from my window. Left the glue and residue on my window., so I went back to get it cleaned off...and was met with major attitudes.

The place is HORRIBLE! I thought I would try them since I was down that way. The tall african american male, I believe the owner or manager is a very rude guy. They were not busy but lazy, however I has to wait 1 hour and 27 min. Only one guy doing the vacuuming and 2 after it came out. They are really short staffed, in fact it is quite sickening. I can see why he can't get anybody to work there, he is a jerk. We will be posting a site regarding these guys in the next month with Pictures/Videos to show what you will be dealing with. They charge 2.00 for bug removal, the fact is they need to learn the basics on cleaning the car first. I feel kind of bad, I passed by Trinity Christian School students washing cars for 5 bucks, to be stupid and pay these nasty acting people 26.95. I used to be in the detailing business for 6 years in Peachtree City for most of the Realtors in the late 80 and early 90's. As a kid, I am sure I did much more revenue than them. There money pipeline is getting low. While sitting in McDonalds, I sat in the kids area so my kid could play. 2 people came up to me and said check your car before you leave and if anything is missing call the Police. Hmmm. I am like Rut Roh... What have I done? I freaked out and went back over there and they were nearly done. The 2 bucks for the bug cleaning, the tall manager said that is a chip in the paint. I looked at him as if he were stupid and scraped it off with my fingernail. He left with no comment. I AM GOING TO WAIT FOR THIS PLACE TO GO TO THE COURTHOUSE STEPS TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION FOR NOT PAYING THE NOTE OR THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS DEFAULTING. A QUICK NOTE TO THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS. Learn your business or go back and DIG DITCHES BROTHER.

This place is a joke!! First of all, they stole the money out of my truck. Second, they broke my door lock and lost the door lock cap.. And then he lied and said that he didn't do it. As if I really didn't know that my door lock was broken and missing. Last but oh not least, They stole my lil ol stick that I use to prop up my hood. Like what the heck are they gonna do with that!!! Luckily I was able to pop off the panel and put the door lock back where it belong. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! THE STAR RATING IS NEGATIVE 0 BUT I HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR TO POST THIS..

Do not go here to get your car washed. They have several different packages. We had planned on getting the $16.95 package, which includes a lot of different things, but it also includes a wax. The manager, we assumed he was the manager---he also ran the register, came to our window and we told him we wanted this but without the wax. He asked us why and we told us that the manufacturer has it's own wax for it and he very rudely told us he never heard of this and they were just saying this. We told him the manufacturer has it's own wax for our car. We planned on paying the $16.95 without the wax...we were not asking for a discount. We told him we wanted this package without the wax. (Our car is a year old and look great). He acted as if we were idiots and said I'd hate to see your car in 2 months if you can't wax it, you can have the $10.95 package. After telling him we wanted the other because we wanted the tires washed also which was in this package, he told us he would do the tires and charge us for it....you would think it would run less than $16.95 or around the same since the $16.95 included tires and more. We told him fine.



We went inside to pay and he was at the register..he charged us $18.50 and treated us again like we were idiots. We just let it go and went outside.



While waitin on the car, we began a conversation with some other people that were waiting. One guy asked if we thought this guy was rude. Immediately we replied yes. He agreed and said he would not be back, so did several others. They then waved to this guy to let him know his truck was done. We noticed he was speaking with them and saw that they had started redoing things on his truck.



They then motioned us that they were done. We went to the car and noticed the windows had not been washed...there were streaks of pollen on the inside and out, (apparently they wiped over the outside and then the inside leaving streaks). The floor mats were still untouched, and it looked the same inside...I did notice they picked up some paper that had been left on the floor.



I called one of the washers over and showed him...he did not speak my language so I asked for a rag to show him .... he handed me the rag, (funny how he understood this). I started wiping off placed on the inside of the front windshield, he was standing at the outside front windshield, to my disbelief he started pointing out dirty spots to me. I handed him back the rag, got into my car and pulled back to the entrance.



A guy walks up and inquired on what type of package I wanted...he could not tell my car had just been washed. I told him it had just been washed and I was not satisfied.



At that time the manger--register guy---the original rude guy, walked up and said what you want. I said my car was not cleaned and I started to show him. He says "So what are you saying?" I said, "this is a horrible car wash", He said "OK" and walked off...no apologies...no offer to redo...nothing.



We left but noticed that the guy in the truck was still showing them places to clean on his car. Wonder how that went?







Do not go here unless you plan on washing your car afterwards. Do not go here unless you like being treated rude.
