Why is it that I am using the same address for over 6 months multiple packages where delivered ... just received a package 2 weeks ago which was ordered from the same company with the same delivery address and now im being told insufficient address I need my package

had a package arrive on August 3rd. According to USPS tracking, it hasn't left there yet, unless in an employee's car!! Tried to call and after going through the prompts finally, a recording says someone will be with you soon, then after 7 rings, the line disconnects. Must be taking more packages to their cars! Until I am convinced otherwise that is the only explanation for my package disappering.

They have a package of mine that has been sitting there since the 22nd of December and I get no information and no one answers the phone!! This place needs investigated big time!!! 😡😡😡😡

I realize it's the holidays, and even "guaranteed" 2-3 day shipping might be delayed, but it's 12/7 as I'm writing this and the package was sent on 11/28. The problem seems to be in this particular distribution center. I don't even know why the hell my package came here at all.

What the hell is it doing in southern Florida, literally TWICE as far away from me as it was when it was shipped? It's also been sitting in this Opa Locka facility for 5 days now. Last update was that it had arrived here, much to my confusion, then every day since, I just see "Your package is in transit." It makes no sense, and based on what I'm reading online, this place is a literal disaster area and the USPS doesn't care at all.

Seens 4/10/18 I have my package sitting in OPALOCKA CENTER and today is 4/20/18 and I still have not received my package and worse USPS Tracking system keeps telling me is in route ,then it says is at the opalocka center.. WHAT A HORRIBLE CENTER...

Horrible, this is literally the black hole of the postal service. My package was at MY jersey city post office and was rerouted to this hell hole instead of being delivered to my home...still there . No help at all.

Why did my package go there anyway? They need to shut that down. They are stealing people packages. So I need to go higher up and contact someone about this. I mailed my package out on 11/28/2016 going to Indiana. I caught the plane and as of this day 12/7/2016 it still has not arrived.

My package sat there for 4 business days before it SHIPPED on the day it was supposed to ARRIVE! Tried to call so many times but it just rings then goes to a busy signal!

This post office is horrible. I shipped a package from Los Angeles on Oct 3rd. Its been stuck at this facility since Oct 5. Today is Oct 13. According to the tracking it still hasn't moved. I call and the phone just rings and rings then goes to a busy signal. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!? WHY HASNT IT GOTTEN TO ITS DESTINATION!!!! from now on I'm using fedex! I hate you!

Worst service, worst post office. These employees should be fired. Multiple lost packages over the last 2 years. More likely stolen. Fire these worthless people

My package was delivery to this place,I call to pick it up because I need it for my trip, the package already come with delay and now they tell me I can not pick my package at the facility even they are open or suppose to be open to the public.

I have a package that shipped from Australia that was supposed to go to zip 33191 but the address said 33195 and it has been at this Opa Locka since Aug 19th. I tried having the address changed from Australia end...no luck. Filed missing mail no luck and their e-mail form does not cater for me to contact someone. Frustrating.

Every time I have a package come through there they sit there for DAYS before shipping off to Greensburg, PA. This hub is a JOKE and needs to be overhauled or shut down ASAP!

My package was taken here on August 21, 2016 with tracking. It stayed there over a WEEK!! I still do NOT have my package. How do these people keep their jobs???

I have a 3day priority mail package that didn't deliver in time it's going on the fourth day so I now believe all the above reviews on how bad an unprofessional opalocka usps really is but looking back at a horrible experience of residency in Florida years ago it's no surprise I think that whole state is ass backwards and officially retarded. Such as life hopefully my package will arrive Monday and I moved out of that humid he'll state with NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER life is what you make of it for sure.

i have not received my order yet it was going to be here on June 6 2016 but still do not have it it is lost. I paid good money for it. It is now July 11 2016 so where is it have called and left messages and no response.

With all of the bad reviews, I have to say, I did get everything on time and unaltered. Your results may vary

I have had the same experience as everyone else for over a year with the opa lacka usps sorting facility as I have two packages a month come through there. So it was time to do something so I called the usps costumer affairs they made things happen. So if everyone would call them and let know about your experience maybe they will fire the management and replace them and we can get our 2-3 day priority mail in 2or3 days. Call your local post office for costumer affairs number. Good Luck!

My package was shipped from China, spent 2 days in New York for customs then 2 days in Miami and now 3 weeks at Opa Locka! I hope it doesn't get lost forever in this black hole for packages.
