Rise Creekside

If you value your money, your family's health, or your sanity, stay far, far away from Creekside. Management is a disaster, unorganized and nonresponsive. The previous temp actually told us management lets the phone ring and uses voicemail as a screening tool to decide what calls to answer. The temp even told us "oh, the manager isn't going to call you back. She said that wasn't her job." Needed emergency maintenance on 2 occasions. On first occasion, didn't receive call back for 6 hours. Second occasion, took 4 hours. Maintenance eventually came into our unit during the day and decided to spray paint cabinets & the refrigerator, causing overspray on dishes and fruit that were on the counter. Finally, we found black mold throughout all the duct work of the apartment - after talking to other residents, they said maintenance comes in every 6 months to paint over mold on the wall. Felt like a slum lord was running it.
