I would give it 0 stars if I could! Save your money and sanity! I have lived here 6 years and just this past year under new management this place has gone to crud. They are racists, they are rude, the manager (who is married) is too busy having an affair with the UPS guy to attend to customers . I pay for carport parking and EIGHT times someone else has parked there, when I brought it up to management they said “oh well” find somewhere else to park even though I pay for it. They claim they have a security officer but it’s just a resident who volunteered. He has no experience whatsoever. They have bugs everywhere and the place is a dump. Sure, it seems great a month I to your lease but you quickly see how downhill it turns. DO NOT move here! So happy I ended my lease.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived there for 2 1/2 years with my husband and 2 kids. They were constantly charging us fees up the rear for whatever reasons they came up with. The staff there would yell and scare my kids when they would play outside.They never cleaned our apartment in the 2 1/2 years we lived there (we had to change our own air filter, and supposedly they're supposed to clean the carpets once a year, and that never happened) My husband was better suited to fix the problems himself (like when the stove went out, and a malfunctioning fire detector). WORST OF ALL, we started going month to month and they would leave notices hanging on our door (not even hand-delivered) about our personal information and monthly fees. Lastly, they evicted us for lack of payment when WE WERE NEVER LATE! They said they rented out our apartment leaving us ONE WEEK to move out and find another place! Which ended up being a lie because we went back a month later to visit a friend and our old place was still empty! Then they said we owed them $550 on top of keeping our entire deposit. We ended up getting a check in the mail for $550 as if they owed us, so we cashed it, then got a letter in the mail stating it was sent in error. So now not only do we owe them $550 from their "final walkthrough" but we owe them an additional $550 for their mistake, totaling $1100! I DO NOT THINK SO! We can't seem to get rid of these people. Thankfully I have 3 lawyers in my family. WE WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!

The apartments look nice, but the staff is terrible and their policies will break your bank. In the 9 months we lived there, our rent went up 3 times. On more than one occasion the staff (particularly one staff member - the only male staff member) lied to us and when we called him on it, he insulted us. It was like pulling teeth to get maintenance issues resolved and we would periodically get notices "you will be charged $25 because you put your trash out after 9am (even though we took it out at 7 am when we left for work - We had to start writing the time on the outside of our trash bags.). When we left, in spite of leaving the apartment immaculate, they charged a cleaning fee, and in spite of not hanging anything or putting holes in the wall they charged a painting fee, and in spite of the fact that our move in check list mentioned broken blinds, they charged us for new ones. (Basically, they found a way to keep our entire deposit.)



In short, we had the worst leasing experience ever at this location and would not recommend them to ANYONE.



Don't let the blonde hair & the southern charm draw you in - as soon as you sign the lease you become an unwanted hassle

I've have lived and reviewed a lot of apartments in my time and these are one of the worst I've seen in a while... First of all the management staff have no clue how to manage... The owners need I find some staff who actually can take care of issues such as the grounds everything is dirty and nothing ever works from the gates to the equipment in the so called gym! For the money you pay to live there you should have cleans grounds and working equipment. It is supposed to be a gated community but if the gates never work how is that gated! There is dog poop everywhere and the grass never gets mowed.. I could go on and on!!! The apartments themselves are overall pretty well made besides the thin walls! There are so many more apartments to choose from in this area check them out first I'm sure you will find a better quality somewhere else!

Think twice about moving here. The actual apartment & complex are some what nice, but the individuals who actually run the complex in the front office are a nightmare to deal with. Makes it really difficult to live there & work with them when things arise that need to be addressed. And unfortunately there is not a lot you can do about it since your contract has been signed. Also, the quality of the apartment isn't so great when it comes to hearing other neighbors. You can hear conversations right through the walls & vents when you can tell they are just having a normal conversation. No yelling or loud voices.

I've lived here for several months and this is a real community where people get together. Weather you have a family or single everyone talks and has a great time at pool. I'll continue to live here for a long time.
