Jason and his crew do an outstanding job. They have completed three appraisals for me in the last seven years and I have no complaints. Jason Phillips did a tremendous job on my vintage car auto appraisal from beginning to end. Firstl, he went far above the call of duty to rush to where the car was, well after normal business hours, to help me get ahead of a local potential competing buyer on the same day that I made contact with him. The inspection was extremely thorough and documented with a vast number of detailed pictures. The pictures and inspection findings were key to my understanding the pros and cons of the car and my being able to manage the seller's expectations on a realistic price for the car based on objective facts. I would recommend this firm's services to anyone and will certainly reach out to them when I am next considering the long-distance purchase of a vintage car.

I called them up after seeing videos that they had done on YouTube for a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible, just the car I was looking for. Found one in California (I'm in Canada) and they dispatched an inspector who came to look at the car, jack it up and take nearly 300 photos. They were able to depict more accurately the physical condition of the car so that I could see all the wear, dents, scratches not to mention the poor re-spray the car had. I also paid for an appraisal from autoappraise which informed me that in its current condition with its issues, the car was worth $4k less than the sellers asking price that I was ready to pay for -- thanks for saving me from a purchase that would have surely cost me thousands more $ in the near future!



I called them again when I found another 76 Eldorado in Missouri, got the photos, report and appraisal and now I own it! Just waiting for the shipping company to bring it here.

I just finished a restoration on a 68 Camaro, and was really hoping I'd come out on top! I called Auto Appraise for an appraisal. Jennifer in the office was very helpful, and was able to get an inspection set up asap. I'm sure they see dozens of these things a year, but the inspector really took his time with the photographs and looking over the car. I was suprised on the information on your website of the number of people that do not purchase the vehicle after the appraisal is complete. After reviewing the report and viewing the pictures, I withdrew from the deal. The seller had misrepresented the vehicle, i.e. 10 bolt differential vs 12 bolt advertised and good running cruiser vs engine hesitates, back fires, and has major oil leak. The service you provided was well worth the money. The search continues.

Recently I was looking at a classic car on Ebay that happened to be quite far away from where I live. The owner has described the car in great detail, and took some excellent pictures which made the car seem perfect. Even after talking to the owner on the phone, I was 100% confident this was the car for me. Nonetheless, I knew it was never a good idea to buy a car without having a professional look over the car first. I found Auto Appraise online, and was very impressed from the start with how the inspection was handled. Jason went out of his way to inspect the car on the owner's tight schedule and produced an amazingly detailed report with hundreds of pictures showing many defects and contradictions to the original ad on Ebay. We also discovered the car was not the model advertised, and the engine block casting number Jason pulled from the engine was actually for a 327ci, not a 350ci as the owner had advertised. Thanks to these major findings, along with a lot of other issues uncovered, Jason saved me about $7,000 from over-spending on a car that was really not very special and would never be worth the amount for which I almost paid. In the end owner refused to lower the price, or admit that he had misrepresented the car, so I walked away from the deal. I lost a deposit with the owner, and the amount of the appraisal, but I saved many more times that amount compared to being stuck with a car I overpaid for that needed a lot of work. I have since purchased the perfect 100% original number matching classic car near my home, and could not be happier thanks to Jason's professionalism and expertise.

He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, even though he knew I wasnt likely to need an additional appraisal. HIGHLY recommended!

I had a sienna 10 totaled by the insurance company. The initial offer for settlement was very low. I hired Auto Appraise to deal with the appraisal process.
