What a great company! We were doing a major kitchen remodeling and I called up Akins to speak with the owner about what I thought needed to be done. He really took the time to figure out what needed to be done and what didn't. He is such a caring and honest person! In the end, he saved me thousands of dollars by not doing stuff that others plumbers said I needed! We love our new kitchen and will be using Akins again!

Over the last 8 or so years, we have used Akins Plumbing for many things. From Septic tank cleaning to remodeling, they have always done a great job! We will continue to keep using them in the future! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
Very pleased with the level of courtesy and proffessionalism. A good friend recommended Akins Plumbing and I called them and lo and behold, the owner answered! He patiently listened while I described the work I needed done(2 toilets replaced, undermount sink, fridge leak repaired) and he described the work that would be done, the total cost, and set up a time. The two men showed up and were great. Very polite and finished everything to my satisfaction. Trusthworthy, and reliable!

Akins Plumbing is customer friendly and very reliable...I moved into an old house 5 years ago and had many plumbing and septic tank issues over the last 5 years... (some emergency) and they wasted no time in responding to my needs immediately. They bend over backwards to try and accommodate your needs and issues. I have never been happier.
Just had 2 waterless tanks installed by James__he is TOPS in his field and takes GREAT PRIDE in his work....if you're going TANKLESS_James is the guy to call.
I have never met a more pleasant guy and very knowledgable with the Tankless water tanks. IF YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU ARE JUST PLAIN STUPID! LOL

I had a plumbing problem in my home & called Akins plumbing. They answered the call quickly, got to my home at the appointed time & the plumber was extremely pleasant & knew what the problem was immediately. The problem was corrected very quickly & was affordable for me. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Akins Plumbing!! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
When I called Akins on Monday morning I was supprised that I talked to the owner and not a secretary. They have fast service. An on time company. Finished the job quickly and has a lifetime warranty. I would not use anyone else. The owner, Ricky, is a very honest and fair person.
very good service prompt and fair did exactly what they said they wood do and charge.
I called and they were in my drive way with in 45 minutes!! I told him what was going on and he knew what the problem was. The plumber did not just tell me, he actually showed me!! The job was done in a every timely manner and 100% PERFECT! He did an awsome job, and he was every respectful and polite. I recommend this company to everyone!!
2 guys came out and snaked 3 commodes in less than a half hour and charged me $150 apiece. I cried when they handed me the bill. I could have snaked them myself but I thought it was a more serious problem. Then they proceeded to tell me that my septic take needed expensive maintenance. They took advantage of a newly-divorced single mother. I wish they would give me some money back. I contacted the owner several months later and he didn't care.
