Suntree Animal Clinic

We have been going to Suntree Animal Clinic for years with various pet family members. Each one has been treated well and given great care. We continue to buy special dog food there for one of our babies as well. Highly recommend.

Do NOT go here. This place has gone downhill. Dr Kehoe put my dog on maintenance medication following a knee replacement. My dog is 10 years old and he was put on this medication before she left. I was told that they would continue him on his medication after she left. Dr Sims the main vet is hardly ever at this location, which always left me calling for refills a week ahead of time in order to make sure that my dog always had his medicine. I was told at his last exam that they "didn't have enough to fill his script." They gave me two weeks worth of medication. I called 5 days before he ran out and I was told it would be filled. I went to pick up the medication and I was then told that "I have to wait until Dr Sims comes in and he's on vacation until next week. He may want to examine him." I was just there for a full exam two weeks ago for his vaccines. I've been taking my dogs there for over a year and to cut him off of his mess without notice is ridiculous! I can't get a straight answer on if they will fill it or not. I was also told there had been problems with filling scripts. The full time vet is not personable and is a total idiot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

Wonderful staff. Very nice and clean facility. They took wonderful care of my Lucas (8mo. old German Shepherd) He loved the staff and the staff loved him! Will definitely use again!!!
