Dog Spot Hotel

Dog spot is amazing. My dogs have been here probably over 100 times for daycare and boarding and I have never had an issue.

I will NEVER be recommending this place to anyone and I would request that people beware before you take your animals here. I have been taking both of my animals (cat and dog) to DogSpot for over a year. Initially, everything was great and we had no issues whatsoever. Both of my animals were always so happy when they left.

However, the past few times we’ve taken them there something has been off. The staff that both my husband and I have encountered have been rude and my animals have BOTH been sick. My dog has developed an eye infection EVERY time after being there. And he's also had stomach issues. Allegedly they are feeding him his food we've sent. I tend to question that as when they send food back its not our food that we sent.

At first we didn’t think much of it, but last weekend when I went to pick up my animals again, my dog was pooping blood and wont eat. He was even wincing when we would come near him. Are you kidding me?? He was completely fine before we dropped him off. Who knows how they actually treated them. So I call them to inform and question what they’ve fed him and they say “Sorry about that” and “Well have a manager call you back tomorrow”, then literally hang up on me. They have no regard and no compassion. And of course, a manager NEVER called us back. Go figure. I am truly stunned because it has NOT been like this when I originally started going there over a year ago. Theres no chance I would ever return.
