Dr. Rebecca Rawalt, MD

There is a serious lack of communication and professionalism at this office. I have encountered this on the numerous visits to the Lewisville and Flower Mound offices. I always have to wait a lenghty time in the waiting room and then find out that the doctor is not available after I get into the patient room. My first visit to the office, I waited almost an hour before the doctor even showed up. I have been tossed around from appointment to appointment (there’s not even a courtesy cancellation call provided) and went through an unnecessary procedure which followed with being told the Dr. was unavaialble again. I will be switching doctors – let’s see how the transfer of medical records goes with this unorganized and rude office.
