Dr. Jay J Gold, MD

Dr. Gold and staff come highly recommended. I have been seeing him about 7 years. He is by far the best psychiatrist I've ever been to. He's very caring, knowledgable, professional, and helpful. He's easy to talk to and he listens. He's not one of those dr's that heards people in and out to make money. The longest I've waited to see him is 3-5 mins. If I need to call the office for something they always take care of it quickly. He's conveniently located, and has a very upscale clean office. Denise who works at the front desk is a sweetheart.

I was scheduled for an hour appointment. I had trouble with my kids and showed up 15minutes late. Dr. Gold could have seen my for a 1/2 hour session, instead, he left the office to go to the post office. The receptionist tried to get him on his cell phone but received his voice mail. About five minutes later I was told he would be in the office within the next hour and that he didn't have time for me. I thought doctors were suppose to be caring and sympathetic toward patients, obviously Dr. Gold doesn't believe patients come first. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend an uncaring doctor to my worst enemy.
