Service

Purchased my zero force s there a couple years ago. Could not be happier with it. Staff are great to work with. They will even come and get the mower for servicing. Friendly and fast. Took blades in to sharpen and they sharpened them while i waited. Dont wait until the last minute if you need something done before the season though.

Please heed the warnings you see about Warranty One!!! I did not, and I am very sorry. I was directed to this half a business model, because they seem to be the only ones in Johnson City to repair Cub Cadet lawnmowers.

My lawnmower needed only very routine service and basic repair (mowing deck belt) . It was gone for 5 1/2 weeks!!!!! ( what will YOUR yard look like in 5 1/2 weeks while you wait for them to get to you?)

When I could actually get through to one of their team members on the phone, they did not even attempt to apologize for, much less explain the overwhelming delay . I was simply given a home spun "aw shucks! Well, maybe they will fix it tomorrow ... We'll see"). Day after day, week after week! Where is your pride, gentlemen? If you truly are the only cub cadet repair in this small town, you need to understand that members of your community are DEPENDING on you. I did not find their prices to be unreasonable, but due to the lack of professionalism and unreliable timelines- to call this a business is being VERY kind. Feels more like a despondent local run racket with no vision or motivation to improve.

This company charged me $300.0...

This company charged me $300.00 for repairs, when the mower was brought home and run the blade dug down into the dirt bending the blade, A friend who works on mowers looked at the mower and showed me that a cable had been put on wrong causing the deck to be uneven, causing the blade to drag. The employees there not only tried to place blame on me they lied about the problem and stated that it had come off on it's own. Is'nt that fraud? I am going to pursue this to see if anything can be done about it. The employee "Bobby" also told me to quit being such a B. I was also told to call John, I have been told he has no ethics either!!!! Get anyone else but this company to work on your mower!!!
