Tri City Mower And Saw

Was considering an Exmark mower for my place, but concerned how it would perform on some of the steep slopes I have. They let me have a 60" Lazer to try out and see what I thought at no charge ! Wow ! I ended up buying a lightly used 52" model off Craig's List, but they still service it and I buy parts there. My experience with them has been great.

this place will take you to the cleaners they screw me on my mower repair and the owner Patrick is a smart a!! if you know what I mean

Not sure who i spoke with but he acted as if was the owner or something. Went there to purchase a heavy duty brush saw and a tiller (Husqvarna) And the guy was a total waste of space. He had no interest in helping with my decision nor just standing there being a salesman. Told him the saw I wanted and he laughed and said he has only sold one before and that they were around $1200 range with the indication I would back down because of the price and then he walked off to talk with other people behind counter..... I had every intention on spending a couple grand at least with this company but because some jackass decided to judge a book by its cover, (Eg. Tattoos, piercings, etc...) lost my business. I went to Premier Power Equipment instead on Stone Drive. Those guys are awesome, and I gave them my business / Money.

These guys are top shelf and professional. Our company will only do business with them and they provide the best service and equipment. They really do care about the customer and will always send our people their way. Great company

I ON THE OTHER HAND HAD A GREAT TIME WITH TRI CITY MOWER AND SAW'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVEN THO MY MOWER WAS THE WRONG SHADE OF ORANGE. OUT OF THREE SHOPS THEY WHERE THE ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALY FIXED THE PROBLEM 2 $300 RECIPTS LATER AND THEY FIXED FOR UNDER $100... GREAT GUYS GREAT SERVICE

Should be categorized as sales only. I tried to take a Husqvarna lawnmower there and they refused to do any repairs because it wasn't purchased from them. Seems like turning away business is a bad idea for any business. I understand they have the right to do so, but they lost a customer for life, one of whom is in need of a commercial mower and a shop to service it. Glad I did this before spending 1000's with them since this is the type of company they are.
