If I had option to give them -5 stars I would.I came to them to buy a car and the salesman sounded very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me car, we agreed on the price and I gave them down half of the car in cash and the rest they told me I will get 7% finance on the rest based on my credit history. My credit history was very young and I had only 1 credit card so I was surprised but happy that I will get the car, my first car. I signed the papers saying that I will get 7%, paid down and got my car. After about 3-4 weeks I am getting a call from them and they ask me to come and they some problems. When I came they tell me that best I can get is 18% as my credit is too young, so I was kind of not happy with it and told them I do not need the car with the terms they give me now and I want the terms I have on the papers, if not I want my money back and they can take their car. They said I had only only other option to choose another car and they cannot give me my money back, so I said that does not work either and I will keep the car. In 2 days they stole my car from my parking lot. I had to pay for the towing and to get written notice from the dealership in order to get my personal stuff from the car in the towing parking lot. I had only one chance to get a lawyer, I paid lawyer $1000 to write them letters to get my money back, they only agreed to pay about 80% of the down payment. So I ended up with around -$3000 in my pocket just by coming to this dealership. If you have extra $3k in your pocket to throw away then I recommend visiting them, otherwise stay away and spread the word.

In addition, later I found out that they ran my credit through almost 15 different banks to get me credit and they ruined my credit so bad, those credit checks stayed on my account for 3-4 years.

also known as Hermanos Auto Wholesale , I had a good experience great car but if you are referred by someone who purchased a car from them - I recommend you to bug the salesman about it. Otherwise the salesman will keep talking and talking in order not to put the reference. It is very upsetting that now the person that referred me to the dealer cannot collect the reference money because the salesman did not add the info. (before I start the negotiation I told the salesman that I was referred by someone who purchase a car here, during the negotiation I told the salesman about the reference and even before I finish I saw the business card and I told the salesman that “so the person who referred me will received $300” and he said “yes and also will received $350 if the person refer a second person”. Now they are using that “CUBANEO” on me for not to pay the $300 to the person who referred them to me. I called to ask for the GM they keep transferring me and hang up the phone on me.

I am sure they do that for not to pay the $300. Due to that I will give just 1 star – also will report on BBB. The salesmen are sharks

We my wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota rav 4, and that day we met sales representative Alejandra who was very pleasant and gave her devoted time to us to choose out of 2 Toyota rav 4 and see which one was perfect for us, she had lots of patients and did not pressure us, she gave us plenty of time for us to decide. After that we met the manager Mr. Orlando who had a friendly attitude and helped us qualify with the bank, even do my credit was not good he was able to get us approve and we can established better credit rate. We were treated like family and will never forget. I had a bad experience with Headquater Toyotaat Hialeah and there service is unproffessinal and would over rate that Car Shack is small dealer but has better class, and better proffetionalisim and they know how to pleased their costumer, even after you purchase a vehicle from Car Shack and its out of the lot they go out of their way to resolve any issue your vehicle may have. For example after a week the sensor of the tire was bad and the radio system was defected not working properly, well they resolve the issue and did not cost me anything, like I say they value their costumers as family. I strongly recomend Car Shack for the best deals and excellent costumer service. See Alejandra sales representative because the car that you dream owning it she will make it happen. After trying all of STR 7 and some others, I came to this place after checking out a car that I did not know it was possible to get because of the popularity of of the vehicle in question so I payd them s visit, and there it was a BLK 350Z ! Needless to say it was mine. Interest low because of my Credit, price after checking Edmonds and other sites rigjht on the money .Follow up with some minor issues like a head lamp wich I had problems with was ordered 2 days latter a person by the name of David called and went out of his way and the problems were resolved .No B.S. I would highly recommend this place.

I went online in search of a vehicle and found the pictures of the vehicle I was interested in buying. I called The Car Shack to see if the car was still available and it was, so I made an appointment. When I got there, I was shown the car and it was exactly as the photos showed and the price was exactly the same as what was listed on the internet. Of course, I did some negotiating and got to a price that was good for me. My application was sent to their finance department and I was approved in no time. I paid my down payment, got my temporary tag and the entire process didn't take long at all. It was pretty seamless and definitely much smoother than I've experienced in the past from previous dealerships where I've purchased cars. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase & didn't feel that they took advantage of me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle.
