Worst USPS facility in the USA. known among postal workers as the Black Hole of the USPS. I have dealt with Hong Kong post, China Post, Malaysian Post and all have some problems, but none as bad as Hazelwood Mo. I have told venders in St Louis that ship to me in Texas if their mail to me goes threw Hazelwood USPS, I would prefer to use Fedex, or UPS.

they need to get off their dead, lazy asses and make sure that the scans are done correctly

I live in Chicago, and from the transfer station there it immediately ships to Hazelwood post office. Why does my package have to go way out of the route? My package has been sitting there for over a week and was supposed to come last week. I called them multiple times, however, they refused to answer my calls. I'm sure everyone that works there is stoned off of mail stamps.

Worst Post Office ever. I live in an apartment, and there's been numerous times I've been home all day and waiting on a package. There's never any knock, and when I later leave to go somewhere, there's my package sitting in front of my door instead of taking it to the Leasing Office. They've lost about 3 packages. We called to complain and they said it was probably stolen. We said we were home all day and it never came. Didn't seem to care. There was one package I was tracking and it said it was transferred to the Post Office on January 9th. It didn't get delivered until January 20th!!! Now I have a package that has been there since January 16th and it still hasn't gone out for delivery!!! Come on people. This is your job!

like this people make their own schedules and delivery when they want to...You would think you would see mail overflowing out of your mailbox a day after Christmas..not at all these people don't even show up to finish their routes. This place needs to be shutdown! I called the post office and spoke to the manager and someone else had already called previously and complained as well...#sketchy

What's wrong with these idiots??? I had one order that was addressed to my town but had chester, il zip on it. So of course it went to chester, went back to hazelwood and sat there for 4 days....finally they changed the zip and I got it. But this time is ridiculous--had a pkg that I ordered from Nashville, Tn and I live in Nashville, Il which is about 50 miles from hazelwood. It got to them, and then the tracking said it had left their facility. The next tracking I got was yesterday the 22nd and it was sent to Maryland!!!!! WTH???? 50 miles away and they send it to the other edge of the country. It was even sent to the right address from Tn. Do they have complete idiots working there????? I doubt that it will ever get it in time for Christmas!! I tried calling last night but of course got a recording and they would call back---I'm suppose to believe that>>? Yeah, right!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!

a package i sent to my girlfriend with a 120 dollar fountain pen among other things departed from this location and when it arrived at the next location it had been opened and the fountain pen had been taken out and the rest of the stuff was still in it. these people are literally theifs.

My package was supposed to depart from this post office on the 17th to be delivered on the 18th. It's a 600.00 dress that has never shown up!! Can't contact the office- number is disconnected (all three that I found). What a joke.

The worst service ever! Lost put on my money because of you idiotic people not knowing how to do your job right!

I have had a package there since December 1st, 2014. When I call to talk to the post office directly... the number is saying its disconnected. It also won't let me file a claim on this package so basically I'm screwed. Thanks guys and keep up the hard work.

Package has been departed from this location since the 18th it is now the 21st and hasn't arrived anywhere else.Tried to call this specific post office for help and when I FINALLY did get an answer they hung up on me when I explained what was going on and asked for help.Then hung up on me again several other times when I called back again afterwards...........Feel like I'm being robbed or something and there's nothing I can do and nobody that can or is willing to help!

Ill never use these idiots again Ill pay extra to have ups delivery says left local sort in transit to destination well that me and my package probably just went down the street forgotten in the back of mail truck she got bills delivered though

My package says it departs sort center on the 4th but on the 6th it is processed and again on the 7th it is processed. Waiting to see what the 8th says. July 2014

Cannot believe how incompetent these people are. My packages keep being delivered to people in other towns, but not to me! Fed Up! They need to make it possible to look for other employment. They don't even know N E S & West!
