Mark has been taking care of my business and my home for over 10 years. He has always been on time and was always able to fix any problems I had. I highly recommend him.

Mark has repaired our heating/ac unit, provided annual inspections on the unit, fixed our gas fireplace that we use constantly, and has installed our hot water heater. i've never been disappointed with Mark's work. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Link today at the referral of Michael Miller, a master plumber in Willow Grove, and I was extremely happy with the outcome! I called him at 3 p.m. and he was at my house at the time we agreed -- 7p.m. In fact, he was early. I had random and mysterious patches of water in my basement rug. After ruling out leaking/burst pipes he determined the condensation drainage line was frozen and the water was backing up beneath the rug. Sounds logical, but the water patches were not near the condensation pump or drainage line. He effectively and unobtrusively re-routed a new drain line through to my garage and into a large container. He also replaced the pump at my prompting. The bottom line is that Mark was determined to identify and remedy the source of the problem, he came up with an effective solution, and was very pleasant, professional, and trustworthy. I could tell right away that he wants to help people solve their problem. He spent a little over 2 hours at my house and the final invoice was very reasonable for the above-and-beyond service he provided. I won't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. Another frozen pipe story. Contacted Mark on Sunday morning. He showed up around 11AM as promised. Started looking for the split pipe. Found it in an impossible to repair or replace location in an outside wall. Mark routed the new pipe through an inside wall. Hopefully no more worries with that pipe. Mark was friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He clearly takes pride in his work and takes care to do it right.

I have had the opportunity to work with mark on several different jobs from residential to commercial applications, from new complete systems including duct work to repairs. At this point with being a young general contractor i am trying to build my sub contractor list an for heating and cooling i have filled that spot. there is no other heating or cooling company that would recommend or even consider calling. day or night mark has answered his phone this past week with the bitter cold and has been running non stop to be able to keep the heat on. great guy to work with and out standing standard of work. pricing is on point and better then any other service that have had to deal with in the past. as always that you mark for your services.

It's Saturday night. It snowed all day and now the roads are getting icy. The burst pipe in my basement doesn't care what the weather is like. It just keeps gushing water all oveeveverything.Maoveeveverything.Marcame to the rescue. He arrived promptly and was really pleasant, especally in this weather. The pipe is no longer leaking. Mark Link and his company are outstanding! He provided us with useful information before we had him install our new heat pump. He let us know that the old oil burning unit that meenan told us was dangerous was actually safe and just very inefficient. His price was fair and the service was outstanding. This guy works non stop, and installed everything overnight before a snow storm! He's also on call all the time. I really can't say enough. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, this is the go to guy.
