Mark is a savior! Amazingly prompt, courteous and skilled. He was so efficient taking care of our piping emergency, fixed it right up. We definitely found our "go-to" HVAC specialist in him. Highly recommend his services!

Mark of Link Heating and Cooling is awesome! I just moved my family to Glenside, PA. We bought a house that has radiators & a natural gas boilers, which is a system that I have never had before. So, I was in need of an HVAC contractor to clean & service my unit. Mark was referred to me and gave me a call about my needs. He came out to clean my unit and took the time to educate me on how it works. During the whole appointment, he was professional, honest and informative. Mark really helped me understand how my system worked. Afterwards, I was very happy with my choice in Mark. I now have a general knowledge of my system, and I have a great HVAC contractor to call on if I have any other needs. I definitely recommend you give him a try. If you are looking for a personable person that cares about his customers, look no further.

Reliable, knowledgable, honest, and trustworthy....All things I never thought I could find but did with Link Heating and Cooling. I've called on Mark for his services numerous times - each time he is at the door practically immediately. I've never experienced an exceptional response time like that before. I was also pleasantly surprised by the array of services he offers. You can trust he is honest and knowledgeably diagnoses the issues. His ability to assist with plumbing issues was a total bonus. He has serviced our air conditioner and fixed pipes going to the hot water heater that were leaking - just to name a few of the calls. I had Mark from Link Heating and Cool out to my house last night around 4pm. After I called he was hear in 35 min.
My heat pump was not working and he repaired the leak at the valve and now the emergency heat doesn't stay on all day. He was clean and courteous and answered all my wife's questions. He was recommended by a coworker and it's nice to have someone local that you can trust. We will use him for our future needs.

I had Mark out after spending almost 10 hours of my time, and my electricians time,trying to find the problem with my zone valves. When he arrived, (on time, I might add!) he told me that the control wiring was a mess and that he would cut it all out and rewire it, have me up and running in less than an hour, if all went as planned. I'm thinking, good luck! Well....after hearing some whistling in the basement for 40 minutes he came upstairs and told me all is fine! Huh? Ok! He took me down to the boiler, explained what he did, all wires were neat and had labels on them and damn if everything didn't work! Not just that, but he told me the new zone valve heads I bought weren't needed! I could return them! Ok. We checked the three thermostats I have and each one did what it was supposed to. I could not be happier with the speed and quality of work. Explanation of work done and as silly as this is, he wore boot covers. He is my heater man for good. He has a very delightful attitude, also which is helpful and reassuring when you're as stressed as I was! The bill he gave me was more than exceptable. It's been a rough week with weather here and he had said he was very tired, so to get the service and attitude I recieved, I'm impressed!

Mark (from Link) came out to fix my AC unit. He suspected there was a leak. He installed a leak kit and more freon, about $785. It didnt last long. Although he was prompt and responsive, he kept trying to fix the freon problem and charge me $700-$800 each time. After spending another $3000 with the gi,y, the AC unit still lost all the freon and doesnt work at all. He kept doing work I didnt ask him to do. In the end it was a disaster and cost me a fortune. Stay away from this guy. He was a ripoff from the beginning and never got closw to fixing my central AC.

I was in need of a specific part for a plumbing project I was working on and had no success finding it. Mark was incredible and drove the part to me A+++

Mark was referred to me by a friend. Today I called him to service my AC and he came out the same day. After assessing the system, he concluded it was repairable and had it all up and running within a short time. Though the system is old, when asked if a newer one would be better, he didn't try to upsell me. He was very professional and a darn nice guy. I will definitely recommend him to others and will have him come back out to do some plumbing repairs.

Very knowledgable and fast. Clean,expert service and nice knowing he's a local father who's children go to school with mine. I was unaware he services plumbing, which was a pleasant surprise. Now I have an all in one contractor! Had all the parts he needed, so there wasn't running around, which is nice for my schedule. Fair on price and accepted credit cards. I'll be spreading the word!

I have worked with several plumbers and heating technicians and I can honestly say Mark Link is the best. His prices are very reasonable, his service is excellent, and he is the fasted professional I have ever hired to diagnose and solve heating problems. I would highly recommend him.

Mark was endlessly helpful when my mother-in-law's heating pipes burst last winter while she was out of town. It was a true disaster, complete with wet electrical wires, and a bunch of contractors had to coordinate on an emergency basis to make sure everything was repaired safely and correctly. Mark returned multiple times to do his phases of the work, always with a pleasant and courteous manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any heating and cooling job!

Mark was out promptly and was kind and courteous to my wife and I. Repaired my steam boiler and a few small plumbing jobs I have been pushing off. He is confident and educated in his trade. Explanation of the work done is a nice change. My wife and I will continue to use Link Heating and Cooling. I needed an estimate for new air conditioning in my addition and Mark took care of that, also. Thank you, and will see you in the spring!

I called Mark @ 4:30pm yesterday to let him know I had no heat. He was at my door before 5pm. He informed me of what the issue was and that in the future I might need to replace some parts. However, the unit was in good enough condition that it was not an issue at that time and he got my heat back up and running. He could have easily ripped me off and I would of been none the wiser. You can tell he is an honest business man and for that I will use and recommend only him for any additional heating and coolling situations I run into.

Mark came out day of our heater broken during a snow storm and fixed things. Later, we had another problem and he came out to fix it immediately free of charge. He also explained everything so we could understand what the problem was, super nice guy, awesome service.

Mark was as professional as they come. My heater stopped working at the worst time. A friend of mine told me to call Link heating.

I actually called 2 other local company's that I searched online. His price was great and he did the job that day. Very happy with the work and very neat about walking thru the house.



My wife even called him several weeks after to help with an oven gas smell. He was there within a couple of hours. Found small leak @ oven which I installed!! Thank you very much Mark. I will continue to give you all my business and spread the word about you.

A+ on punctuality and knowledge of his trade! Mark was out this evening and fixed my oil furnace when TWO other companies couldn't! Wise beyond his years, I must say. While he was here, he fixed my mailbox someone had hit during the cold snap. That was AFTER the bill was paid. I am extremely pleased and will be spreading the word.

Mark was very punctual, professional, & affordable!!! He was able to fix my heating issue when another "Sun-setting Regional Brand" wouldn't touch it.
