K-9 Kastle Pet Grooming

WOW were do I start except to warn people NOT to GO to K-9 Kastle unless you want your dog to hate you and people to laugh and stare and ask you why I allow this to happen to my dog. All I can say is it all started all by them quoting me the wrong price and then stating that they mis heard the dogs age. People this is there trick to get you to come in because they figure if your already there that you will just leave your dog. But I warn you run dont walk But run to another groomer as fast as you can. So after being swindled they said it will take about 4 hrs. I am so sorry I put my dog through this torture. So when I picked up my dog Boy was I in a surprise. They shaved her belly to were my dog is nothing but in torture from all the itching. Then to look at the hair cut they gave her was quite sad I never have seen a worse cut . I know were only talking about dogs here but Thank god these people dont cut human hair! They called the cut they gave my dog The Golden Cut I can say it was more like a Golden disaster ! I WARN PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROOMER!!!! If you really love your animal at all. The place was not clean and smelled more like a Kennel than a groomer so un clean and very abuseive to peoples pets. What a horror I hope this finds people before they make the Mistake that I did and regret! K-9 Kastle is no Castle at all no matter how u spell it.
