DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS AT THIS LOCATION!! I had a terrible experience or should I say my Persian cat did!! They did not clean her cage and it was filthy when I picked her up. There were bowel movements all over the cage since her litter box was filled up & she had NO wet cat food. The end of the dish had dry crusted food on the sides. Her water bowel was slimy with cat hairs floating on top of the water. The petsHotel manager, Allison Diehl, claimed the cage wasn't cleaned yet & it was 2:30pm in the afternoon when I arrived to take her home. They didn't give me the leftover dry bag of food which was new, when I picked her up, but instead, they gave me some brand of dry food I didn't recognize. They put it in a zip lock baggie & wrote her name on it to fool me into thinking it was hers. I purchase Wellness cat food & they were given a full bag of food. My 6 pound cat does not eat an entire bag of dry food in 15 days. I also gave them 15 cans of wet cat food & they told me they ran out. No way!! I am certain they give out food you bring to other cats as this has happened to me many times in the past. To sum up this disaster... when an animal's cage is kept like a pig pen & they are not fed or cared for, it is considered ANIMAL ABUSE. You don't have to hurt physically any animal to be animal abuse. Hopefully people out there will read these reviews & think twice before leaving your pets with this place!

BEWARE!!!!!!! We left our beautiful newfie puppy there for a long weekend because our regular place was booked and now she is coughing. FIVE OR SIX OTHER OWNERS ALSO CALLED IN REPORTING THAT THEIR DOGS ARE COUGHING. THEY DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS CANINE FLU OR KENNEL COUGH. I know this can happen anywhere, but they are VERY OVERCROWDED. When I visited to check it out, and when I dropped her off it was quiet, but when we picked her up we saw about 15-17 large dogs in the "doggie day care" pen with just one young attendant. The floor was wet and the dogs were all just lying around - 17 LARGE DOGS IN ONE SMALL AREA!!!!!! The staff means well but this is the product of CORPORATE GREED from the parent company.
