It was a very nice ride, you guys are down to Earth, genuine and provide a comfortable driving environment where you actually communicate, are nice and care about the passengers what you are coming to get.         You guys rock. The texts you sent on who my driver was and what he was driving was very handy. Also the link you sent with a live map to see what my driver looked like and where he was at was awesome. I watched him pull right up to the door in real time on the map app. That was really cool.         First off I would like to say that you guys are a Awesome Service. I have used these guys for a long time now. Second i feel that i should respond to that so called one star rating from Brown D. When they give you a eta they give you a real one. If they tell you 15 minutes then that's what it is. If they are busy and tell you 45 min to a hour then thats what it is. They dont tell you 15 minutes like some other cab companies do and then you wait forever. They even text you with your eta and who your driver is. If you don't like the wait time they give you. then call somebody else don't whine about it. You probably left a review for the wrong business or your one of those spammers.

        Great job guys. Your eta was spot on. I like the way your company texts the customer with the eta and who the driver is. Its nice to have the info and all the extra touches you guys do for customer service. We will only use your company from now on after trying the other cab companies in town. You guys really blow them away.

        They have been the only cab company so far to give me a act estimate for arrival time. They also have been the only cab company to be on time when I have requested a certain time for pick up. Nice new cabs also. Very polite drivers.

        They were the only ones to make arrangements for me on a Saturday night. All the other cab company's were to busy to help me. I would recommend that of you have to go somewhere on a fri or sat night to call ahead and schedule a pick up time. Thank you guys. I will definitely use you from now on. Polite driver and clean cab also.

        great service and good price. clean cabs and polite drivers. I would recommend that if you have to go some where on a Friday or Saturday night to call ahead to reserve a cab. I called all the other cab company's on sat night around 1am and they were all busy. I called these guys and they were the only one's to make arrangement's for me. thank you very much. I will definitely use you guys from now on.
