I called 411 after waiting for a city bus for over an hour in the cold. I had slipped on Ice and was walking on the sidewalk. I heard the name Top Hat Transportation on the listed Taxi services and when I called I swear an angel came to help me. I have never taken a taxi in my life and was told not to by most people. The driver was so kind, concerned and I would never use any city bus or taxi service except for Top Hat. Saved my life.
