Joe's Appliances was awesome!!!

When I first made the call to them and explained what my washer issue was, they already had a good idea of what the main problem was and then they ran a full diagnostic on my front load washer when they arrived for the service call. Even after the repair was made, they stayed after to ensure that the rest of the washer was working properly.

Very nice gentlemen who are upfront and honest with you about the service you're receiving. They don't take advantage of you and pricing is fair. Their communication is great; you receive plenty of advance notice when they are on their way to your location.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repair in their home.
