        I am a repeat customer and have been for many years. Every time I walk in they recognize me and call me by name. The girls in parts have winning attitudes and treat you like you are important. They can order parts for you to do repairs or they will send a guy out to do for you on A/C or Appliances, and can sell you new systems and appliances too. I will continue to do business with Hanks Electric for many more years to come.

        Never, ever would I do business with them again.

        Extremely long time for repair of newer model (one year old) built in appliance. Numerous excuses, different stories from different employees. Never did get the "part". Promised dates, never received any phone calls, constantly had to call them for updates. Finally, picked up the appliance in pieces. After the aggravation and the excessive waits still had to pay the $35 bench fee. VERY POOR customer service!
