Daycare Grooming

PLEASE! Heed these reviews. You and your pet will be treated poorly. They did not do what I asked (I ended up with a completely shaved cat), they grossly overcharged, and I was verbally accosted by the owner/groomer.



If I could give it zero stars I would.

My dog was a victim of Daycare Grooming in Cedar Park on Monday. I am so scared of what other dogs may go through and I am in shock about the way I was treated. My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday and get my dogs groomed Monday. When my dogs came back I thought everything was fine until I petted my Ridgeback and noticed blood on my hands.His whole back side, under his ridge, was raw and bloody with cuts. I immediately called the store.The owner said that he was not responsible because he was not there. He said it was probably the brush. He told me to put Neosporin on it and the dog will be fine. They brushed him so hard, he bled! He refused any compensation and immediately got defensive (he must get these calls often). His comments to me… “Nothing is going to make you happy...that’s why I'm not married to you" He also said "I didn't twist your husband’s arm to come here, he is a grown man". He even said "you can bring a lawn chair up here and stay all day but you won't get your money back". I couldn’t believe his responses, what kind of business is this! I do not want others to go through what we did. I also have photos of my dog's back. This store should not be in business!

I wouldnt even give this place one start!! This place was nasty!! Omg I am even teriffed at what my poor dog went through! I dont even think they bathed my dog. They use this terrible nasty smelling cheap perfume to spray on the dogs!! Disgusting smell!! My poor dog will need another bath to rid him of the smell!! Every bad comment before mine is true!! Owner is low class!! I wouldnt ever go back!!
