I had a blown engine and had shopped around with other competitors to sell my car, Rusty's gave me the best deal. While I hope I wont have another junk car, if I need to sell one again, I'll be using Rusty's Auto. Thank you!

Very professional outfit. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a car with a blown engine in otherwise good condition; didn't have the time or are to put a new engine in it; didn't want to have it sitting around to part it out. The came from an hour away, paid more than I expected after searching for the best deal Online, and towed it for FREE. (*This was during one of the coldest, icy-est days of the winter. After getting in a car accident I called around for a few salvage quotes. Rustys offered $300 more than the other companies. I also had some issues with the title for my car, and they were not only extremely helpful in figuring out how to remedy the issue, but also they were easy to get a hold o for all my other questions. Rustys Auto Salvage is a great place to call to scrap your car. The price I was quoted for my junk car was more then fair and the tow company that came out was on time and the driver was very nice. Exchanged title and keys for the check on the spot. Done deal.

Filled out the requested information, specified that I wanted to be contacted by email. Minutes later my phone rings, they ask me all the information (minus the description info) I already filled out and transferred me to someone else. New person confirmed the description I gave, and tried to tell me the car had no value and at most they'd pick the car up. Don't bother with this morons, they're going to waste your time unless you are just flat out looking to get rid of the car.

After calling around and getting quotes, etc, Rusty's was the most professional and prompt service out there. Came the next day with a check and the driver was excellent to work with. Very satisfied with their service. MickeyG.

I had a good experience selling my junk car to Rusty's. They make it pretty easy. I was on the phone with them for only 15 minutes before they made me an offer. It was also slightly higher than I had expected. The convenience of them coming to my home to pick up the vehicle was great.



I gave Rusty's 4 stars only because there was some confusion as to which towing company was coming to pick up my car. They had accidentally scheduled two towing companies. When I called to clear it up, their customer service was annoyed and at times combative. My guess is that this was a fluke situation though. I would work with them again.

I called these idiots on Monday and tried to arrange for them to come get my car, and after being transferred about 50 times and giving the same info over & over to different people they told me that 4:30pm was too late for them to come get it during the week, so they told me they could pick it up on Saturday. I explained to them that I needed the car gone by the following Monday and they said "for sure" they'd pick it up Saturday. Then I get a voicemail Friday evening telling me that I'm out of their range for a Saturday pick up. Don't waste your time calling these fools. Dealing with them made me have to take an extra trip to the DMV, which I had to leave work early for. I would rate 0 stars if I could
