Very professional, start to finish. Made good money on my Toyota Camry. Communication (e-mails and phonecalls) were timely. Towing service was awesome! Definitely would do business with Junk-A-Car again!

Great communications from start to finish. They followed up with an email on where to sign the title. 24 hours later the picked up the car and I had a check in hand.

Great experience. I made my appointment by phone and the person was very helpful. When the tow truck driver arrived all I had to do was sign my title over, he handed me my check, and he towed the car. The whole thing took 10 minutes!

The first person I talked to seemed kinda impolite and just assumed that I was selling them my car before I had even agreed to the offer, other then that the customer service was quite good and they were very quick

Well they were fast and efficient but I have never seen such bad customer service skills. Aside from a dissappinting taco bell visit once. I kept getting tossed from person to person on the phone who they all asked me the same questions and told me the same things. The tow truck driver was one of the most aloof professionals. He spoke to me like I annoyed him constantly and when he called be my mistake he spoke to whoever he assumed I was in the same manner. I will never reccomend this company to other people but they at least got my car and took it away.

I was a little leery at first but my experience was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly. I received 5x the amount of $ I was being offered locally. I would definitely recommend Rusty's and I would use them again for sure.

It worked out well, I picked up my new car, they got to my house around noon and handed me a check. The driver was even friendly, and they paid more than other places.

It was my first experience and i was iffy about the website at first but after i decided to go through with it, i was satisfied. The guy who towed my car was EXTREMELY nice! He helped me take everything out and was very patient with me. :) would recommend to anyone.

Every step of the way Rusty's was professional. We were handed a check as the tow truck was loading the car. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.

I used Rusty's to get rid of 2 cars, one was driveable and was not a problem, the other was not driveable and needed to be winched onto a flat bed. The towing company did a great job of putting down some plywood so the removal would not damage my lawn. Great service and I would recommend Rusty's.

They were awesome. Free pickup and title transfer fees covered. They offered the most for my car compared to other salvage companies. They really worked with me on the phone and their customer service is outstanding. If I ever need to junk a car again I'd definitely call Rusty's.

Rusty's Auto Salvage was great. They were very friendly and very professional. The tow driver came on time this morning and he is very friendly as well. I would like to recommend it to anyone who has the similar situation like me. I recommend them because they care.
