        Violated my rights and privacy, degraded me...lied about me

        1 st appointment went OK; 2nd appointment, he refused to accept other specialists diagnosis on anything, was very short with me, and later lied about me to insurance...even made up lies about things other doctors supposedly said about me. 3rd appointment was me giving him the benefit of the doubt...he confirmed clearly that he lied to my insurance about other doctors, lied/made up pseudo truths about my 1st 2 appointments; he called me 'stupid' he told me to fire my other 9 doctors (specialists...
