I wanted to say thanks for getting us through the awkward transition so smoothly, and for bearing with me through all my questions. The space is lovely now, and we're really enjoying the fresh paint and carpet and newly remodeled bathroom. I also really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through the lease options-- I know that had to be a bit of a headache. Anyway, you've been really great to work with, and just wanted you to know.

Thanks so much for being willing to look at the bathroom and do the 'refresh,' after 6 years the apartment is still great but could definitely use a little TLC. I also wanted to compliment you on doing such a great job--you are by far the best manager we've had in the time I've lived at Oak Park and I am really impressed with the improvements that have been made to the complex since you've come on.

Each year I have been in the building improvements have been made both in terms of maintenance/upgrade projects and in terms of policies for building use. I have found Rainier to be very responsive to any concerns that have come up. When upgrades at times of lease renewals were done to my space, I have been very pleased with the choices I was given and with quality of work. Overall I would rate Rainier as one of the better management companies I have dealt with.

Maintenance guys and gals always do a great job. Best service I've had anywhere I've lived before.

I wanted to let you know that Shane just left our apartment. He somehow repaired the toilet and fixed the AC in about 10 minutes. Incredible. Our lives are substantially the better for it. Please don't lose him. We've lived here for 24 years, and he's the best I've seen. Seriously.

I've lived in the Oak Park for a while & cant see myself living anywhere else...
