I have lived at Spring Oaks for 17 years. I just want to thank you for all you've done. I love living in this part of town.

Please thank Don for the speedy service regarding my leaky sink last week. I just figured that something needed to be tightened. Then I come home to a new disposal, which is so quiet and seems so much better than the old one. Glad to have him on the property.

Just wanted to say that I enjoyed my three years at River Oaks, primarily due to the maintenance staff and Angelice. They really took care of everything, made my move-in and move-out simple, and to be honest I wouldn't have lived there for so long had Angelice not taken such good care of me. So just wanted to say thanks for everything and to keep managers like Angelice around. She really knows how to take care of the residents.

I really appreciate all of the thoughtful things that you do.

It’s a pretty well-oiled machine around here, but I know I can call if I need anything, and that is reassuring.

I want to compliment Joe on prompt fixing the faucets after my move in, also thanks to whomever fixed the circuit breaker issue in the kitchen.

The two technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated it clearly to me. They are ordering a replacement part and will be back soon.

Since we moved in 8 months ago you guys have been great. We haven't had many problems, but when we have needed assistance with anything you and Matt have been on it. Thank you for your attentiveness, It makes me a happy renter. :)

I want to say how much I appreciate your response time to every request I've had for maintenance in my suite or elsewhere in the building! And since I see him more, I also want to say that I really appreciate how dedicated Matthew is to keeping things humming along at Nob Hill - he really looks out for us. And Pilar quietly keeps the building looking nice and clean.

We've been in our new suite for almost half a year now, and so far this is the best studio we've ever had, anywhere! We really appreciate you and Matt helping us get the place set up the way we wanted it and keeping an eye on us during our classes. The management has been great!

I wanted to take a minute to let you know that Maire Hamblin & Associates, LLC has been very pleased with the attention to detail and level of professionalism you and Matt have provided to our company since we moved here in August 2013. We feel we are easy going long-term tenants and we greatly appreciate your timely responses to our needs as they arrive.

My partner and I have been tenants since July 2013, and the management staff have been such a breath of fresh air compared to our previous location. Jen and Matt are quick to respond to all requests. The property is well cared for and the tenants' needs well respected. Any time we have made a request for a repair it has been handled promptly and thoroughly. The staff has also been diligent on keeping us informed of upcoming building maintenance (roof repairs) and in how they will handle unforeseen issues (recent graffiti). The landscapers and cleaning crew keep the property in top form. We are very pleased with our choice to move our business to NobHill

Don is very friendly and did an excellent job.

Jen is always so courteous and sincere. Whenever she comes to visit, or speak with us, she always listens carefully, taking our concerns into just account. Moreover, she is always prompt and quick to address a problem. Because of Jen, I believe Silhouette's rapport with the landlord has improved greatly.

Job well done. Thanks to all who had a hand in fixing my bathroom ceiling. It looks beautiful. Thanks again for everything. Oak Park rocks!!!
