Orangewood Suites Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway. Very please friendly staff and the rooms and spacious and very cozy. They also gave us free breakfast which is very cool. We'll be back

Found this place by accident, but looked at the website and it was in the area we wanted, and price was within our range, and the rooms looked spacious. All were true. Our 1 bedroom suite was very clean, full kitchen, COLD refrigerator. there was only enough dishes for two - but thats all we were, would have been nice to have a few more plates. Housekeeping was as well as any, hospitality was excellent. we've told our friends and expect to stay there again...

Bathroom was quite small but it was OK. We had a goodnight sleep and place was quiet .

I recently took my family to Austin for a week-long conference and needed a family-friendly hotel. Orangewood was more than I could have hoped for. The service was excellent and the value was incredible. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. Moreover, they took time to get to know us; we felt like we were staying with family. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day.

This suites are spacious and clean, beds/pillows are SUPER comfortable, décor is a bit outdated but that didn't bother any of us.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. I've been there before and was sad to see some staff that had been there for many years is now gone, but the current staff is also very friendly and kind. Where else are you going to get a hotel suite with a fully staffed kitchen, full refrigerator, oven, pots and pans and all, includes a hot breakfast Mon - Frid and social hour in the evening includes a full dinner Mon - Wed for the low prices they offer. I'm always looking for a good bargain and this really saves me hundreds of dollars when I go on vacation with my family. They're prices have always been under $100/night for us and it's hard to find a good hotel with all these amenities for less than $120. The staff is always willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay more enjoyable. I've never had a problem with my room being cleaned daily. I also know that I can trust the staff with my personal belongings and not worry about them being taken.

After checking in (staff very pleasant) I walked to my room. It was quite nice, and although I didnt need it for my short stay, a fine kitchen plus another room upstairs.

We were quit impressed with the room,not knowing what we were getting in for because we had never heard of Hawthron Suites, but after checking in the room, it had central Air cond. with seperate thermostats for the up, and downstairs...the kitchen has it all,stove,micro.,ref.toaster, coffee maker, plus dishes, silverware,mugs, glasses etc everything your own kitchen has. Since we weren't use to the muggy weather in the 90's, we really liked how quiet the air conditioner was. The continental breakfast was very nice.

It was clean and comfy and located outside of the heart of Austin. Full breakfast is included and it was ok.

The room was spacious. We were able to check in early. Parking was convenient, easy to get to from interstate. Great restaurant next door.

This hotel was actually pretty perfect for just a little get-away weekend. It was quiet and tucked away even though it was right off of I-35. It was very convenient to get downtown and the lady at the front desk actually called a taxi for us so we wouldn't have to drive.

The hotel room was amazing. It was a lot bigger than the one we thought we rented, and it was priced very well. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, bagels, toast, cereal was more than sufficient. people at the front desk where very friendly and were very helpful. Pool was too small. Would stay there again.

The price was very reasonable. Room was clean and well attended to each day. Having a kitchen was great! It allowed for fresh snacks, light lunch fare, and everyone's favorite beverages to be available.

Orangewood Suites was an excellent choice since I wanted more than a motel or hotel room. I stayed one night, but it would be fine for an extended stay.

The suite had a front closet with ironing board and iron. A small but full kitchen with stove, oven & microwave. Refrigerator, freezer with ice maker. Pantry closet. Even a cutting board + knives and dining utensils. Dining place for 2. Cups and plates and glasses for 2 people. Coffee maker with coffee and tea selection.

nice room, great for 4 adults because of the upstairs and downstairs beds with separate bathroom & shower, was a little dusty but i think it was just the air conditioning. also had separate air conditioners for upstairs & downstairs. had a big refrigerator, stove, dishwasher... pretty much a mini-apartment. small living room, just one couch & desk next to it, but pretty good for a hotel room overall

The room we had was so spacious. Bed is comfortable. We got free Wi-fi and free breakfast .
